Though we still have the small town vibe, Pinedale has plenty to offer. From a distillery and an award winning brew pub to a state of the art aquatic center. Not to mention, what we think is the best outdoor shop in the world! We have local world-class fishing guides and a coffee shop that would rival anything you can find in the big city, as well as a beautiful golf course. Here’s a list of all of our faves:
Great Outdoor Shop - If you are a hiker/ backpacker/ outdoorsy person, you need look no further. They have it all, plus the most knowledgeable and friendly staff you’ll ever find.
Two Rivers Fishing Co. - The best guides for some of the best water to fish in the world! And, they have all the gear you could ever want or need. These folks know how to take care of you!
Old Stones Smokehouse And Country Pizza - The best pizza, pastas, salads and smoked meats in Sublette County! This restaurant is home to a cozy vibe and a friendly staff. Fresh ingredients, home made dough and sauces, and meats smoked on site daily! A perfect meal after a long trip in the mountains, or a float on the river.
Pine Coffee Supply - The coolest spot in town to sip caffeine and enjoy the street scenes. You’ll see everything from cowboys to hipsters at this amazing local gem.
Clean Wash Laundromat - The cleanest laundromat in town! They provide a reliable drop off laundry service as well as 15 self service washers and 14 self service driers. The beautiful 1,800 square foot building offers a comfortable lounge area and displays a variety of Wyoming big game animals through professional mounts. A truly unique Laundromat!
Wind River Brew Pub - Award winning brews with great food and incredible patio seating.
Pinedale Aquatic Center - Just got off trail or off the river and feeling a little gamey? The PAC offers hot showers (towels can also be purchased!), a hot tub, climbing wall, olympic pool, basketball courts, and so much more! Only $7 for all day access for out of towners.
Lakeside Restaurant - This restaurant boasts some of the finest dining in the area, as well as the best views by far! It is located at the head of Fremont Lake, just a few minutes drive from downtown.
Jak’s Boutique - For the girly girls out there, this charming local boutique offers everything from clothing and accessories to massages and facials.
Cowboy Country Distillery - Where the spirit of the West lives on! These guys are making some incredible spirits with the cleanest mountain water you can get, right here in Pinedale’s backyard.
Ridleys - Our one grocery store gets better and better every year. They have expanded their hiker/backpacker food aisle and they carry just about anything you could want. Connected is an Ace Hardware too, and they carry many supplies, as well as hunting and fishing licenses.
Big Sandy Lodge- A rustic and historic lodge near the access to the Cirque of the Towers. This lodge is equipped with 10 comfortable one room cabins, all with hot water and flushing toilets. A great stop before and/or after your hike.
Summer Soundcheck Series - Love live music in a gorgeous setting? We do to! Our Pinedale Fine Arts Council puts on amazing, free concerts in the park almost every weekend in the summer! Bring your pup, a lawn chair, adult beverages, and enjoy the show!
